Cookie policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
In short: we only use the cookies needed to make the shop work — remembering what is in your basket and keeping payments secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember things between page loads — such as the contents of your basket.
Cookies we use
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| natureals_session | This website | Remembers your basket, keeps your visit consistent between pages and protects signed-in admin sessions. | When you close your browser |
| natureals_admin_remember | This website | Keeps an administrator signed in only when they select “Remember me”. It contains a random, revocable token rather than a password. | Up to 30 days |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe | Fraud prevention and secure processing during checkout. | Up to 1 year / 30 minutes |
All of the above are strictly necessary cookies. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, cookies that are essential for a service you have asked for do not require consent — which is why you are not asked to accept them.
Local storage
We also store a single value in your browser's local storage
(natureals_cart_updated). It contains only a timestamp and is used to keep your
basket count in step if you have the shop open in more than one tab. It contains no personal
information.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No analytics or tracking cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
If we add analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking the session cookie will stop the basket and checkout from working.
