2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place with us through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.

3. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and going through checkout is an offer to buy from us. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed between us, when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock or we have made a pricing error — we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Each order is given a reference beginning NAS-. Please quote it in any correspondence.

4. Products

Our products are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, aroma and appearance between batches are normal and are not faults. Product images are for illustration.

Ingredients are listed on each product. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please check the ingredients carefully before ordering and contact us if you are unsure.

5. Important information about our herbal products

Our herbal blends, rollers and related products are sold as natural wellbeing products. They are not medicines, are not licensed by the MHRA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, have an existing health condition, or are buying for a child, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Essential oil products are for external use only and should not be applied to broken skin. We recommend a patch test before first use.

6. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately in your basket and at checkout before you pay — see our delivery page.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms.

We take care to price everything correctly, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

8. Delivery

Delivery costs, dispatch times and delivery areas are set out on our delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, how to return an item and how refunds work are set out in full on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms. In summary you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept back sealed consumable products once they have been opened, unless they are faulty.

10. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

11. Website use

The content of this website — including text, images, logos and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

12. Your personal information

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email hello@nature-als-selections.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right. You can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
